It all started back in the 1975 at Clifford Pier which former known as Ah Leng Motor Launch Service for providing boat transportation services mainly to the sole shipping company, Singapore Soviet Shipping Company, ‘SINSOV,’ they as agent was management for all Soviet union (as it is known as formerly)

With all trust earned with many other shipping companies for our sincere, committed services through years of our good track records, our business continue to hold itself well in this line. Moving on in year 1995, it was converted to a private limited company as Leng Launches Pte Ltd as till today, continuing to provide the same committed services from when it started.
